Altius Capital is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to Spetstekhosnastka LLC (STO) in the restructuring of its bank debt.
Founded in 1989 and based in Kamianske, STO is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of injection-molded plastic components. The company began as a mold producer and today supplies technically demanding components to the automotive and medical industries, as well as high-quality packaging for the food sector.
The restructuring established more favorable terms for the company, including an improved repayment schedule, strengthening STO's financial position ahead of its next phase of growth.
